HAS MARTIN LUTHER KING JR.'S DREAM COME TRUE?
Who can forget Martin Luther King Jr.'s "I have a dream" speech. A question to argue is if he were still alive today, would he feel that his dream has come true. I think that he would be extremely pleased with the progress that has been made in exterminating racism, but we are not completely clear of that horrible hatred that was so popular some forty years ago. There is without a doubt still racism in America, because it was not so long ago that there was complete segregation. people from that era are still alive, and passing that same hate and distaste for people of different color to their children. Wow when you see it on paper it really does look ridiculous, I mean come on! Hating someone because they are a different skin type! so stupid. But because of these people that just wont give up on " the old days" there is going to be some racism for a long time. so no i don't think that his dream has come true, its close but not quite there.

THEY FIRED MIKE!! :(
the denver broncos made the most stupid decision in the entire world! mike shanahan head coach for over 14 years was fired last week. hall of fame coach let go! if you haven't noticed our offence was ranked 3rd in the league this year, that's right 3rd! what was our defence....28th!! so why not fire our defensive coordinator. i don't know, it doesn't really make sense to me. i mean we have our "John Elway" and all the wide receivers to go with him. now all we need is our "Terrel Davis" and a solid secondary and we are in the playoffs! come on give him one more season and you would have been surprised. well see what happens next year.

CHRISTMAS BREAK
i have never played so much madden football in my life! that pretty much sums up the entire break. not a lot of money, so tons of board games and playstation. we had our friends chris and brian over like every day. went sledding a couple of times... that sucked. there was like no snow just ice. first time down i was in this plastic bath tub goin like 90. hit a jump and landed on the most solid patch of ground ever. not cool. the next time down, pretty much same thing only on this piss poor excuse for a sled, i was done after that.

OBOMA CALLS FOR A NATIONAL DAY OF SERVICE
http://thecaucus.blogs.nytimes.com/2008/12/17/obama-calls-for-national-day-of-service/
Obama is on the right track, yes the government needs to do their part. but the people of this country are going to be the ones who get our sinking economy floating again. i think that starts with everyone being willing to give a helping hand.
